This company is really disappointing, claiming to tailor the experience but then shoving you into a one-size-fits-all tool.

There are plenty of problems with the tool itself: the Hubspot integration is an extra cost and not part of the package, and the platform's design leaves a lot to be desired. The data provided isn’t very actionable or accurate.

As for customer support, it’s lacking. The customer success team pressures clients to stick around even when they’re not using the service or platform anymore, despite multiple calls aimed at canceling the subscription. Lead Forensics insists you keep access even if you’re not using it and that you have to stay a customer.

Additionally:

- There’s a real lack of personalization or focus on what customers actually need.
- They struggle to address customer issues quickly and effectively.
- They don’t follow up to make sure customers are satisfied with the solutions offered (they act like they can enhance the service to meet your needs through many calls, but then they do nothing and keep pushing you to maintain your subscription).
- Customer service reps can be disrespectful, dismissive, or just plain unprofessional.
- They don’t provide clear and detailed info about how to cancel your subscription.

During the sales pitch, we were led to believe we were getting a HubSpot integration. But when we found out it wasn't as promised, they wouldn't let us cancel the contract.

I absolutely loathe them. They just won't stop with the spam. Honestly, I'd prefer to kick the bucket than deal with their product. If someone stood in front of me and said they were from Lead Forensics, I'd be ready to throw a punch. You folks are the worst, just go away!

Using Lead Forensics is a breeze. My top pick is the trigger report feature; once the leads are sorted, I can forget about manually forwarding them to the right person every day. After just a quick setup of the trigger report, they get sent out automatically.
